On November 1, 2021, the LianBio (Stock code: LIAN), a biotechnology company, was officially listed on Nasdaq in USA.  Goldman Sachs Co., Ltd., Jefferies Financial Group Co., Ltd. and Bank of America Securities Group acted as joint bookrunners for this issuance.

Established in August, 2020, the LianBio developed strategic partnership with highly innovative biopharmaceutical companies globalwise, promoted diversified production pipelines of clinical drugs candidate, brought paradigm-shifting medicines to patients in China and major Asian countries and regions, and provided a platform for the partners to enter China and other Asian markets.
