On December 20, 2021, Asian Legal Business (ALB) formally announced the winning list of 2021 ALB China Top 15 IP Lawyers, among which Mr. Tao Fengbo Allen, managing partner of Liu Shen and attorney at Law, was honorably listed.

Mr. Tao Fengbo is expert in patent infringement lawsuit, patent invalidation, administrative litigation, IP strategy formulation, consultation of patent transfer and licensing, especially in the technical fields of materials, semiconductor, display, and mechanical engineering.  Since 1998, Mr. Tao has successfully handled dozens of intellectual property dispute cases related to patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright, and many of the cases were ever selected as annually exemplary cases by courts at all levels.  He is also good at solving problems of intellectual property transaction contract, licensing and other issues related to IP rights.
