Mr. Cai joined Liu, Shen & Associates in 2002 and became a qualified patent attorney in 2007. He specializes in patent prosecution, re-examination and client counseling with a focus on telecommunication, computer science as well as Internet.

Mr. Cai had a master's degree from Northeastern University in 1999. Before joining this firm, Mr. Cai worked as a teacher at Northeastern University, and an engineer at a known telecommunication Equipment company. 

Mr. Cai is well experienced in patent prosecution and re-examination on mobile telecommunication system, apparatus and telecommunication standard related patent application.
