Ms. Chen joined Liu, Shen
& Associates in 2015. She specializes in patent prosecution and client
counseling with a focus on electrical engineering, display device, wireless
communications, computer software, social network, virtual reality and
vehicular electronics.
Ms. Chen passed the US
patent registration examination in 2013. Before joining Liu, Shen &
Associates, she has worked in US law firms for about 5 years and had extensive
experience in US patent practice. She has worked with a variety of clients including
Fortune 500 companies and start-ups for their US patent prosecution and Chinese
patent prosecution.
Ms. Chen worked for a US law
firm Maschoff Brennan (Salt Lake City office and Orange County office) as a
patent engineer from 2013 to 2015. She also worked for another US law firm
Patent Law works LLP (Salt Lake City office) as a patent engineer from 2010 to
2013. She received her bachelor degree majoring in information engineering from
Southeast University (Nanjing, Jiangsu, China) in 2006. In 2010, she received
her PhD degree majoring in electrical engineering from Brigham Young University
(Provo, Utah, US).
