her master degree in Materials Physics and Chemistry from Beijing University of

Ms. Zhai joined
Liu, Shen & Associates in 2007, became a qualified patent attorney in 2009, and obtained the
qualification as an attorney at law in 2020. She specializes in patent
prosecution and reexamination with a focus on semiconductor device and preparation
process, material science and process, storage, display device, electronic
device, photoelectric device, and participated in patent litigation cases such
as Patent invalidation, Patent validity analysis, Administrative litigation, Infringement

Solutions Ltd, patent infringement and the corresponding patent invalidation,
representing Samsung, 2022.
- An well-known
international Telecommunication company and chipset manufacturer Q vs. an
well-known international Telecommunication company A in patent invalidation heard
by the Patent Reexamination Board of CNIPA, and the corresponding administrative
proceedings initiated before Beijing IP Court, representing the patentee Q, and
the patent right was maintained, 2018-2021
- Yang Jun vs. Minju Lee in patent invalidation,
representing the patentee Minju Lee, and the patent
right was maintained, 2021.
