Ms. Chen joined Liu, Shen & Associates in 2012.  Ms. Chen is qualified as a patent attorney in 2014.  Ms. Chen’s practice includes representing domestic and international clients worldwide and assists in all types of matters involving the drafting of patent application, patent prosecution, patent search and infringement analysis, third party opinion and provision of legal opinions.. 

Ms. Chen was graduated from Nanjing University with a bachelor degree in Biochemistry.  Ms. Chen also studied and graduated from Chinese Academy of Sciences with a doctor degree in Biochemistry in 2011.
