1. Mr. Xu obtained a bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering and Automation from Tsinghua University in 2013; and obtained a master degree of Materials Science and Technology from Tsinghua University in 2016. 

2. Mr. Xu joined Liu, Shen & Associates in 2016; got qualified as a patent attorney in 2016; and got qualified as an attorney at law in 2019.

3. Mr. Xu mainly engages in patent related IP fields, comprising patent application and prosecution, patent invalidation and disputes. 

1.  Mr. Xu has been handling with patent applications affairs for many multinational corporations (GM, TE, and etc.) for more than 3 years;

2.  Mr. Xu drafted many new patent applications for many corporations, including Schneider electrics, Kone elevators, Leili motors, Suez Environnement, and etc.

- Representing a well-known solar cell company AT to invalidate a patent of a German company;

- Representing a well-known semiconductor company LH to protect its patent in invalidation procedure;

- Representing a well-known cement equipment company SM to sue a company for patent infringement.
