Her practice involves patent prosecution in a variety of fields with a focus on mechanical technologies. 2.   Dandan Wang v. Shixing Ruan, in which Ms. Hao represented the invalidation petitioner Ms. Wang (as a straw man, the real petitioner is one of the leading companies in the related field) before the Patent Reexamination Board and successfully invalidated the patent
