Mr. LI joined our firm in 2018, mainly engaged in patent related IP fields, comprising patent application and prosecution, patent invalidation and disputes.

Mr. LI became a qualified patent attorney and obtained his lawyer's qualification certificate in 2019. Besides patent filing and prosecution, he has participated in many cases about patent analysis, patent invalidation or patent infringement litigation.

Mr. LI received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Tsinghua University in 2014, and his master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Tsinghua University in 2017.

1.  Mr. LI has been handling with patent applications affairs for many multinational corporations (TE, Verily Life, SKF and etc.) for more than 2 years;

2.  Mr. LI drafted many new patent applications for many corporations, including Schneider electrics, Kone elevators, Leili motors, BOE, and etc.

3. Mr. LI has provided IP service for many multinational corporations, including: evaluating patentability for technical solutions; conducting FTO Search and Analysis.

4. Mr. LI’s main project experience including:

-      Redundant driving underactuated robot finger for powerful grasp

-      Switchable under-actuated finger with multiple grasping modes

-      Label-free molecular imaging

-      Rapid, on-site detection of residual explosives

-      Nucleic acid amplification for molecular diagnostics in microfluidic bioreactor

-      Interferometric imaging biosensor
