Ms. Zhang started her professional career since joining in Liu, Shen & Associates in 2014. She specializes in full-range litigation and non-litigation matters concerning trademark prosecutions, including trademark availability search, monitoring, application, recordal of assignment and change, non-use cancellation action, opposition, invalidation actions, administrative reconsiderations, administrative litigation procedures, trademark scheme and strategy consultation, and representing clients for trademark negotiations and drawing up concerned contracts and legal papers, and also provides consultancy services on trademark infringement, domain name dispute, and copyright registration, etc.
Ms. Zhang graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2013 and obtained her Master’s Degree as a major of foreign linguistics and applied linguistics, and graduated from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and obtained her Bachelor’s Degrees both in English and Laws.
