Ms. Chen started practice in intellectual property affairs in Liu, Shen since 2017. Ms. Chen provides intellectual property related services such as patent translation, patent drafting, providing intellectual property strategy, responding to Office Action and so on for several clients. Ms. Chen is dedicated to providing a wide range of high-quality intellectual property services for clients. Ms. Chen handles intellectual property affairs in the field of Optics, Semiconductor Technology, Internet Technology, Electronics & Computer Science, artificial intelligence, Telecommunication, and Image Processing, etc.

Ms. Chen received her master degrees from Sichuan University (SCU) with a major on Optical engineering during 2014-2017, and received her bachelor's degrees from China Three Gorges University (CTGU) with a major on Optical Information Science and Technology during 2010-2014.
