Mr. Xie joined Liu, Shen & Associates in June 1, 2018 and became a
qualified patent attorney in 2018. Mr. Xie specializes in patent prosecution,
re-examination, patent invalidation, IP litigation, and client counseling with
a focus on automation, electronics, telecommunication, semiconductor, computer
Science as well as Internet.
Mr. Xie obtained his bachelor’s degree from Beijing Institute of
Technology in 2010 majoring in automation. Then Mr. Xie obtained his master’s
degree from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2013 majoring in control theory
and control engineering.
After graduating from Master, Mr. Xie joined China Unicom as an
operation and maintenance engineer responsible for a car networking project for
a large vehicle enterprise; in 2016, he transferred to the operation management
department, mainly engaged in project management.
Since Mr. Xie joined Liu Shen in 2018, he mainly in charge of the
following work: translating and proofreading patent application documents;
forwarding and responding to office actions; replying to consultation from
customers; involved in handling patent reexamination, invalidation,
administrative litigation and infringement cases; patent analysis and patent
warning.
Mr. Xie obtained Red Hat Certification Engineer in 2014
Mr. Xie obtained the System Integration Project Management Engineer
certification in 2017
Mr. Xie obtained the Teacher Certification of High school (mathematics)
in 2017
Mr. Xie has participated in many patent analysis and patent warning
analysis. Through the analysis of the patent layout of major companies in
related fields, he has provided decision support for R&D and market
investment in related fields.
