Mr. Liu Jiaxin started practice in intellectual property affairs in Liu, Shen since 2017 and is mainly engaged in patent search, patent writing and response to office action. Mr. Liu Jiaxin handles intellectual property affairs in the field of communication, information and signal processing, and computers etc.

Mr. Liu Jiaxin has analyzed dozens of communication standard essential patents (SEPs) to evaluate relevance degree of patents and communication standards, and analyzed validity of several patents against prior arts.

Mr. Liu Jiaxin studied at Harbin Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2015 and received a master's degree in electrical and communications engineering and a bachelor's degree in communications engineering. Mr. Liu Jiaxin worked in the 802 Institute of Shanghai Academy of Aerospace Technology from 2015 to 2017 as a signal processing engineer.
