Ms. Yue has been working as an examiner for the Patent Examination Beijing Center of SIPO for 10 years. Mr. Yue has handled over 1,000 patent application cases. Ms. Yue has 10 years of working experience in substantive patent examination, 8 years in patent reexamination, serving as a chairman of the panel for 6 years, and participated in a number of internal programs in the Patent Office.

Mr. Zhan joined Liu, Shen & Associates in 2011. - Jurisdiction: Guangzhou IP Court.
- Result: Win.
- The others: Successfully retrieving the evidence of common sense in the invalidation procedure.
■ Guangzhou Biaoqi v. Nanjing Baoguang representing defendant Nanjing Baoguang to attend patent infringement litigation cases before Guangzhou IP Court and challenging the validity of two patents involved at the same time before the Patent Reexamination Board. As a result, in one infringement case the prosecution was withdrawn due to the invalidation of the patent, in the other infringement case successful non-infringement defense was made based on detailed and reasonable arguments during court hearing. (2017.12-2018.11)
- We represent the defendant Nanjing Baoguang Company.
- Patent: Two patents involving jewelry identification instruments.
- Jurisdiction: Guangzhou IP Court.
- Result: Win.
- The others: Successfully convincing the judge to reject the plaintiff’s lawyer’s request for judicial appraisal by explaining to the judge the difference between the defendant's product and the patent involved.
■ Gree v. AUX (one of the series of cases) patent infringement litigation and related patent invalidation, Mr. Zhang and his colleagues represent the defendant AUX to attend patent infringement litigation cases before Guangdong Higher People's Court, the case is still pending. (2017-2019)
■ Qualcomm v. Apple patent infringement litigation and related patent invalidation, Mr. Zhang and his colleagues on behalf of the plaintiff Qualcomm responded to the requester's invalidation request in several invalidation cases. The team has won those invalidation cases. (2018-2019)
■ Ding Zhijun v. Siemens AG, in the two patent invalidation cases Mr. Zhang and his colleague have represented the patentee Siemens. Mr. Zhang and his colleague have won both the invalidation cases. (2018-2019)
■ Samsung v.
