On August 12, 2016, Mrs. Li Song, Mrs. Qing Ge and several other lawyers from Liu, Shen & Associates held a forum with Division of Legal Affairs of Beijing Customs on the customs protection of the Intellectual Property Rights.

During the forum, Beijing Customs first introduced the basic situation about the protections of the Intellectual Property Rights in Beijing Customs. Lawyers from our firm consulted Beijing Customs on the issues of concern relating to the customs protection of the Intellectual Property Rights. Then, Mrs. Qing Ge introduced the basic situations about the patent prosecution and the patent litigation in our firm as well as the criteria for determination of patent infringement to Beijing Customs. The two parties communicated with each other on the issues relating to judicial and administrative protection of the Patent Right, and preliminarily reached an intention for cooperation on the issue of carrying out studies on customs protection of Intellectual Property Rights.
