Electric, she obtained new evidence during the first-instance trial, exposing
the trademark registrant's fabrication of evidence, which led to the exclusion
of key evidence and a favorable outcome.
4. Emerson Electric Co. v. CNIPA – Another trademark
cancellation review administrative litigation case. During the retrial process,
she submitted new evidence clarifying the nature of the involved products,
successfully upholding the validity of the client's trademark rights.
5. FLSmidth A/S v. CNIPA – A trademark opposition
review administrative litigation case. Representing Verso, she successfully
proved that the disputed goods were similar across different categories,
achieving a favorable result.

Representing Thermal Disc, Inc. in a trademark cancellation review
administrative dispute. During the first-instance trial, she investigated the
counterparty to the contract and excluded critical evidence in the case,
securing a satisfactory outcome.
