Ms. Qiling DONG joined Liu, Shen &
Associates in 2017 and is a senior patent attorney with years of experiences.
She mainly specializes in patent prosecution, patent writing, re-examination,
patent invalidation, IP litigation, patent evaluation, and client counseling
with a focus on non-standard essential patent (NSEP) and standard essential
patent (SEP). Areas of technical proficiency: Communications, signal &
