Ms. Li has been engaged in the field of intellectual property since 2017 and has served as a patent examiner in the chemical field at the Patent Office of the China National Intellectual Property Administration. Ms. Li focuses on providing global patent layout and protection legal services for domestic and foreign innovative entities, and has extensive experience in patent application drafting and layout, patent examination, reexamination and invalidation, patentability analysis, and due diligence etc. Her practice covers more than ten countries and regions, including China, the United States, Europe, Japan, and South Korea, with professional expertise concentrated in pharmaceutical chemistry, chemical materials, and other fields.

Ms. Li obtained the patent agent qualification in 2018, the legal professional qualification in 2019, and the intellectual property specialist (intermediate) in 2020.
