PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Ms. Xu has focused her practice on providing whole-process patent portfolio management and patent enforcement.  She has assisted several world-renowned companies in handling patent applications in China, and provided advice to domestic and foreign companies in patent prosecution and patent enforcement. Ms. Xu also is also experienced in patent due diligence, analysis and legal opinions, and patent invalidation proceedings. Recently, she has participated in the legal affairs of intellectual property in investment and financing of small and medium-sized start-up companies, and investment institutions. Ms. Xu's technical fields include pharmacy, biology, agriculture, personal care products and polymer materials.
