Ms. Li joined Liu & Shen Associates in
2012, entitled as Senior Patent Attorney in 2016, and
entitled as "Legal representative" of All-China Patent Agents Association (ACPAA) in 2019. Prior to
joining Liu & Shen Associates in 2012, Ms. Li worked in Panawell &
Partner. LLP and became a qualified patent attorney in 2010.
As a Senior
Patent Attorney, Ms. Li’s focus is on the
patent prosecution, re-examination, patent invalidation, patent litigation, and
client counseling in the areas of semiconductor materials
and devices, optic-electronic devices, nano-materials, mechanical electronics and
related manufacturing technologies.
Ms. Li has
practiced intellectual property for over 10 years and provided intellectual
property services for multinational corporations including SONY, BOE, Kimberly-Clark,
etc, and research institutions including the institute of Physics of Chinese
Academy of Sciences, etc. Ms. Li has practiced more than 600 overseas
applications and has a wealth of practical experience in patent prosecution of overseas
applications including European, U.S. Japanese, Korean, Indian, Australian
applications, etc.
During June
2021, Ms. Li participates in a Summer Training Program provided by Scully Scott Murphy & Presser P.C in New York, USA.
Ms. Li earned
her Master’s Degree in Material Physics and Chemistry in Beijing
University of Technology, and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in
Materials Science and Engineering in Beijing University of Technology.
