Mr. JIA started practice in intellectual property affairs in Liu, Shen & Associates since 2018. He specializes in intellectual property related services such as patent drafting, patent prosecution, patent analysis, patent search, invalidation, litigation, and client counseling with a focus on Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication, Signal and Information Processing, Semi-Conductor, Automatic Control, Computer Science, Neural Network and so on.

Mr. JIA was admitted as a patent attorney in 2021, and currently serves as a senior patent attorney in the firm.

Mr. JIA was a recommended graduated student and received his Master's degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in June, 2015. His major is Electronic and Communication Engineering, and working on analysis & processing of communication signals and detecting & estimating of Radar targets. Before joining this firm, Mr. JIA worked as a microwave communication software testing engineer in Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. for three years.

-      Participated in a series of patent invalidation and litigation cases between a multinational mobile device manufacturer v. a European mobile device manufacturer, 2022.
