Mr. Chen joined Liu, Shen in June 2022. Mr. Chen provides intellectual property related services such as patent drafting, patent prosecution and so on for several clients. Mr. Chen is dedicated to providing a wide range of high-quality intellectual property services for clients. Mr. Chen handles intellectual property affairs in the field of Video Codec, Image Processing, Processor, Semiconductor, Display Device, Photoelectric Technology, etc.

Before joining Liu, Shen, Mr. Chen worked in a patent agency and engaged in patent commissioning service for three years.

Mr. Chen obtained the qualification as a patent attorney in 2020.

Mr. Chen acquired his master's degree from Yunnan University (YNU) with a major on Optics during 2015-2018, and acquired his bachelor's degree from Yunnan University (YNU) with a major on engineering of photo-electric information during 2011-2015.
