Ms. Meng joined Liu, Shen & Associates in 2010, became a qualified patent attorney in 2011 and got her qualification as an attorney at law in 2015. She specializes in patent prosecution, re-examination and patent invalidation with a focus on Mechanical and Electro-mechanical devices, Automobiles, Medical devices, Paper Machinery as well as Energy & Power Engineering etc.
Ms. Meng obtained a master's degree from Technical University of Munich in Germany in 2009.

Ms. Meng participated in the patent invalidation case about “Calendaring roll for paper-making calendaring machine”. Ms. Meng and her colleague represented a german client and successfully invalidated the patent.
Ms. Meng made a speech with the theme “Thinking about the technical problem to be solved practically” in Liu, Shen & Associates.
