Mr. Wang joined Liu, Shen & Associates in 2008, became a qualified patent attorney in 2010 and became a qualified attorney at law in 2024.

Mr. Wang specializes in patent prosecution, re-examination, patent drafting and client counseling with a focus on Semiconductor, liquid crystal display, LED, Battery, mechanics, and material related technology.

Mr. Wang graduated as a Ph.D in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics from the Institute of Semiconductor, Chinese Academy of Science in 2008. Mr. Wang received his bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics from Hunan University in 2001 and received his master’s degree in Material Physics from Hunan University in 2004.

Mr. Wang has received many training programs organized by the All-China Patent Agents Association, and attended a Summer Course on Europe Intellectual Property held by the Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) in Strasbourg, France during the summer of 2017.

-     Mr. Wang was awarded "the Most Valuable Attorney" by Samsung Electronics in 2014.

-     For an important case entrusted by Samsung Electronics, provide suggestions on the amendment of the claims, search and analyze relevant materials of the target product, and provide Claim Chart regarding the target product.

-     For a client's divisional application entrusted by Samsung Electronics, provide the validity analysis of claims of the divisional application relative to the reference documents and provide suggestions for amending the claims of the divisional application.

-     Drafting a utility model patent application regarding a magnetic trip unit for a domestic customer.

-     Participate in an analysis project on the stability/granting possibility of the patent/patent application of a domestic company.
