履歴：
Mr. Weixiang Li
is a patent attorney of Chemistry Department of Liu, Shen & Associates and
qualified as a patent attorney in 2009. His current practice includes patent
prosecution, patent invalidation process and client counseling with a focus on
biotechnology and pharmaceutical. Weixiang Li has also provided services of
patent retrieval and infringement analysis. He
is skillful in drafting application documents in such fields as biochemistry,
immunology, microbiology, molecular biology, molecular genetics and
pharmaceutical technology, etc, and experienced in preparing responses to
office actions in the substantive examination proceedings, and handling
reexamination and invalidation cases in the above fields. He is a member of
All-China Patent Agents Association.
Mr. Li started his legal profession
in 2008 with Liu Shen and he has been representing domestic and international
clients for many years. Prior to joining Liu Shen, he was engaged in research
and development in life science.
Mr. Weixiang Li received a Bachelor's degree of
biology in 2005 from Nanjing Normal University and a Master’s degree of
microbiology in 2008 from Nanjing Agriculture University.

Mr. Weixiang Li has dealt with patent affairs for some
famous foreign and domestic applicants, including Roche, Dow, Senofi and Meng
Niu Dairy etc., and accumulated rich experience in aspects such as drafting and
responding to office actions. Moreover,
he has attended some important conferences in IP, such as ACPAA & JPAA
symposium (2009), China Law Practice awards (2013), and IPBC Asia (2015).
