Ms. Li joined Liu, Shen & Associates in 2016 and was qualified as patent attorney in 2014. Ms. Li got her qualification as an attorney at law in 2019. Ms. Li specializes in patent drafting, re-examination, patent infringement analysis with a focus on computer hardware & software; telecommunication; semiconductor; material science as well as electrical & electronic.

Ms. Li received her Bachelor of Science from Shandong University in 2004 and her PhD in 2010 from Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Science. Before joining this firm, she had worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Boston University for two years, and worked at another Intellectual Property Agency for about three years.
