Mr. HAN specializes in trademark search, application, recordal of assignment and name/address change, review on rejection, opposition, non-use cancellation action, invalidation action, lawsuit, domain name dispute and copyright issues, etc.

Prior to joining Liu Shen & Associates in 2021, Mr. HAN worked in an IP agency as trademark attorney for two years.

Mr. HAN received a bachelor's degree in Law from Henan Normal University and a master's degree in International Business Law from University of Montreal (Canada, Quebec). Mr. HAN obtained his legal professional qualification certificate in 2020 and began the lawyer practice in 2021.
