Mr. Lin started practice in intellectual property affairs in Liu, Shen since 2019. Mr. Lin handles intellectual property affairs in the field of Signal and Information processing, Communication, Electronics & Computer Science, Image Processing, etc.

Mr. Lin has a Master Degree in Electronic Information and Communication Engineering from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). During his master's degree, he focused on the work related to optical communication, network traffic routing and quality of service in access network. Also, he served as a project director in a technical consulting project on Access Network Architecture Optimization with China Telecommunication Corporation and proposed dynamic QoS scheme based on SDN.

Mr. Lin specializes in patent translation and proofreading, patent drafting, counseling and analyzing on patent issues in the fields of Electronic Information and Communication Engineering, Signal Processing, Semiconductor, Computer technology and Telecommunication etc.
