--Represented Boy London Korea acted as the plaintiff and third party to participate in the first instance, second instance and re-trial procedures for the case of administrative disputes, and some of the claims were supported,

Dr. Yue Li focuses on patent litigation and prosecution.  She has solid experience in patent drafting and filing as well as patent invalidation, infringement, and administrative proceedings.  She has represented clients handling patent disputes in several important IP forums in China and prosecuting patent applications before CNIPA.
