PERSONAL SUMMARY:
Mr. BIAN joined
Liu, Shen & Associates in July 2017. He specializes in intellectual
property related services such as patent drafting, patent prosecution, patent
infringement analysis, patent validity analysis, and client counseling with a
focus on Telecommunication, Signal and Information Processing, Semi-Conductor, Electrical
& Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, and so on. Mr. BIAN has
analyzed dozens of communication standard essential patents (SEPs) to evaluate
relevance degree of patents and communication standards, and analyzed validity
of several patents against prior arts.
Before joining
Liu, Shen, Mr. BIAN worked in a patent agency and engaged in intellectual property
related services for about four years. Mr. BIAN was admitted as a patent
attorney in 2015.
Mr. BIAN received
his Master's degrees from University of Electronic Science and Technology of
China (UESTC) with a major on Signal and Information Processing Technology in
2013.
