The event gathered representatives from government authorities, well-known enterprises, legal scholars and industry practitioners. It delivered comprehensive theoretical research, practical analysis and strategic insights to all participants.
Liu Shen was invited to take part in the forum. On June 26, Attorney LI Wenjie delivered a keynote speech at the main forum entitled Determination of Originality of AIGC Works and Relevant Judicial Practices.

By analyzing abundant judicial precedents in China and the United States, Ms. Li summarized the judicial criteria for judging the originality of AIGC works, and put forward targeted compliance advice for AI enterprises concerning prevailing legal issues such as ownership of rights in AIGC-generated content. She started with legal definitions of originality, compared landmark domestic cases including the Chunfeng Case and Banxin Case as well as the overseas Théâtre D'opéra Spatial case, and further explored unified judging standards for AIGC work originality while sharing her perspectives on copyright protection in the AI era. In addition, she analyzed clauses on rights ownership and implied legal risks stipulated in user agreements of mainstream domestic and overseas AI platforms such as Tencent Yuanbao, DeepSeek and OpenAI, and offered practical and implementable compliance guidelines. Her speech drew widespread attention and high praise among attendees.

As a leading provider of intellectual property legal services in China, Liu Shen has long been committed to research on cutting-edge legal fields. This keynote address fully demonstrated the firm’s profound expertise at the intersection of technology and law.
Attorneys YAN Jiajia, Jia Lichen, WANG Wen, ZENG Yunpeng and WANG Yucheng also attended the forum and engaged in in-depth exchanges with peers.
