Our team successfully proved that the infringer had engaged in systematic plagiarism of our client’s business identity, ranging from trademark infringement to the misappropriation of the company’s history. Based on the evidence of bad faith gathered, we successfully invalidated the infringer’s trademark. This case was recognized by the Intellectual Property Professional Committee of the All China Lawyers Association (ACLA) as one of the "Top Ten Outstanding Non-Litigation Trademark Cases of 2023."
