- Represented the LEGO AS in initiating civil litigations and administrative enforcement actions against multiple infringers for infringing upon the copyrights of its toy products. Several of these cases were selected by the Supreme People’s Court (SPC) as the "Top Ten Typical Intellectual Property Cases";
- Represented a well-known U.S. lighting company in a copyright infringement lawsuit against infringing lighting products. The court ruled that the lighting fixtures qualified as "works of fine art" under the Copyright Law and subsequently found the defendant liable for infringement. This case was selected as one of the "Top Ten Intellectual Property Protection Cases of the Year" by the Beijing Second Intermediate People’s Court;
- Represented the rightsholder of the world-renowned animation character "Garfield" in initiating copyright enforcements and infringement litigations within China;
- Represented numerous renowned companies, including LEGO, in handling copyright registrations within China;
- Represented numerous clients in responding to cease-and-desist letters and infringement litigation involving fonts, images, and other copyrighted works, successfully resolving these disputes through professional intervention;
- Represented the Danish toy company Maileg ApS in initiating multiple copyright infringement lawsuits against domestic infringing manufacturers, successfully resolving the disputes through favorable settlement agreements.
