- In the field of merger filings, our attorneys have represented dozens of domestic and international enterprises, successfully securing clearances for their transactions. Our experience spans a wide range of industries, including the Internet, semiconductor manufacturing, machinery, automotive parts, smart wearables, textiles, food and beverage, agricultural products, hydropower, port transportation, logistics and warehousing, and real estate leasing;
- Provided antitrust compliance advisory and strategic analysis for numerous domestic and international enterprises. We also prepared systematic antitrust compliance guidelines for various corporate groups, including a major petroleum enterprise and a leading short-form video platform;
- Represented a mobile phone component manufacturer in a series of patent infringement lawsuits initiated by a Standard Essential Patent (SEP) holder. Our role included formulating the overall litigation strategy, coordinating cross-regional proceedings, preparing critical evidence, and participating in court hearings;
- Represented several OEMs in a series of administrative patent infringement proceedings initiated by Standard Essential Patent (SEP) holders. Our responsibilities included formulating the overall litigation strategy regarding FRAND issues, preparing critical evidence, and assisting clients in mediation and licensing negotiations with the patent holders;
- Provided legal counsel to a leading global network equipment manufacturer in its global Standard Essential Patent (SEP) licensing negotiations with multiple patent holders. We formulated overall litigation and negotiation strategies, and conducted comprehensive assessments of the FRAND (Fair, Reasonable, and Non-Discriminatory) compliance of licensing terms and negotiation conduct;
- Provided Standard Essential Patent (SEP) licensing strategy advisory to a China-headquartered IoT/wireless module manufacturer. Our services included advising on damage quantification methodologies, as well as formulating negotiation strategies and licensing proposals tailored to various patent holders;
- Provided legal counsel to a Chinese automotive technology group in its global licensing negotiations with multiple Standard Essential Patent (SEP) holders. We formulated end-to-end litigation and negotiation strategies, and conducted assessments of licensing offers, counter-offers, and negotiation conduct within the FRAND framework.
