Liu Shen Takes Active Part in IPBC China 2025 and Acts as Roundtable Moderator

Hosted by IAM, a world-renowned IP business media platform, IPBC China 2025 was successfully held at The Peninsula Shanghai on September 9-10, 2025. As one of the benchmark events in the global intellectual property community, the conference gathered over a hundred elite representatives including senior executives of renowned domestic and overseas enterprises, heads of authoritative industrial institutions and top legal professionals. Dr. Tu Tao presided over the Masterclass session entitled Making the Move to Mediation, where he joined distinguished industry guests to explore efficient resolution approaches for standard essential patent disputes. The session delved into core issues such as proper timing for applying mediation mechanisms in licensing negotiations, practical implementation of court-annexed dispute settlement mechanisms, and differentiated mediation strategies adaptable to various jurisdictions, offering cross-border and multi-scenario dispute resolution references for all participants.
