Liu Shen Supports Shenzhen Nanshan Science and Technology Innovation Bureau in Issuing China’s First Two Group Standards for Trade Secret Protection in Segmented AI Fields
2025-07-30

On July 2, 2025, a publicity and implementation seminar was successfully held for two group standards: Guidelines for the Protection of Trade Secrets of Enterprises Engaged in Generative and Synthetic (Deep Synthesis) Technology in the Artificial Intelligence Industry and Guidelines for Trade Secret Protection of Embodied Intelligent Robots. The event was guided by the Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, hosted by the Nanshan District Science and Technology Innovation Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality (Nanshan S&T Innovation Bureau) and the Shenzhen Nanshan District Innovation and Development Promotion Center (Shenzhen Nanshan District Intellectual Property Promotion Center), and co-organized by Liu Shen (Shenzhen) Office and the Shenzhen Artificial Intelligence Industry Association.

The two released group standards are the first of their kind nationwide focusing on trade secret protection in the artificial intelligence and robotics sectors. They fill the domestic standard gap in trade secret protection for artificial intelligence and embodied intelligent robot industries, and precisely address the trade secret protection needs of enterprises engaged in AI generative synthetic (deep synthesis) technology and embodied intelligent robot businesses. Liu Shen served as a major drafting entity of the two group standards, and Partner LIU Zhijie acted as the primary drafter for both standards.
