Mr. Jia obtained a master’s degree in Communication Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2008. - Samsung Electronics v. Dunjun, in the patent invalidation case, representing Samsung Electronics as the invalidation petitioner, all patent rights were declared to be invalidated in court during the oral hearing;

Mr. Dongguo Liang joined Liu, Shen & Associates in August 2012. Mr. Dongguo Liang handles a number of cases related to patent examination, reexamination, invalidation, administrative litigation, infringement litigation, license, and other IP related matters during his work in the Law Firm.
